Since I get often questions which are not related to the posts per se, I added two pages to this blog so questions outside of the blog entries can be listed and answered:

I am trying to install Across in my new PC which has Windows 7 64 bit and won’t let me install it.
What can I do?

can you provide a bit more detail because there are many possibilities.

Does it give you any error messages?
Does it crash?
